What this service is

Plan Not Perfect helps you turn coursework into a realistic plan, start tasks, and focus. It is a planning and accessibility tool, not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or emergency support.

Not medical advice

Nothing in the app is a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. If you are in crisis or immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the app for a university or employer, you are responsible for following that organization's rules.

Your account

Keep your password private and use an accurate recovery email. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it was compromised.

AI outputs can be wrong

AI suggestions, extracted deadlines, and task splits are drafts. Always check dates, weights, and instructions against your official course materials. You approve what enters your plan.

Academic integrity

Use the app to organize and start your own work. Do not use it to complete assignments in a way that violates your school's academic integrity rules.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, attempt to break the service, access another person's account, scrape the service, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that put other people or the service at risk.

Free beta and future paid plans

The current beta is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and limits before charging, and core planning and reminders will not be paywalled without clear notice. You can cancel a paid plan at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Features may change as we learn. We may stop offering the service with reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed deadlines, grades, or decisions made from AI suggestions. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

Ending use

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious violations of these terms or to protect the service.

Changes to these terms

We will update the version date when these terms change materially and give in-app notice before the change takes effect.
